Acceptance of Terms

By booking and/or using the Sabai Massage Bangkok, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before making any reservations.

Reservations and Bookings

• All reservations must be made directly through Sabai Massage Bangkok via our official website, phone, or other authorized booking channels
• Bookings made directly with individual therapists or through any unauthorized channels will not be recognized or honored under any circumstances

Payment Terms

Payment in full in cash is required upon arrival of the service or as specified in the booking confirmation. Any additional fees or charges will be clearly communicated to you prior to the start of the service.    

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds, will be processed based on the terms of our cancellation policy. Sabai Massage Bangkok reserves the right to impose cancellation fees where necessary

Service

• Our professional therapists will arrive at the scheduled location and time as confirmed in your booking.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the service environment is clean, private, and suitable for the massage.
• In the event of any delays or changes, Sabai Massage Bangkok will make every effort to communicate with you promptly.

Membership

• Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise Membership is non-transferable (cannot be used by others)
• Booking at least 2 hours in advance to ensure service availability.
• Membership is valid only within our shop’s designated service area

Health and Safety

• Customers are required to inform our therapists of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, allergies, or concerns that may affect the massage treatment.
• Sabai Massage Bangkok’s therapists are professionals; however, the customer acknowledges that individual results may vary. By using our services, you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the massage treatment.

Liability and Disclaimers

• Sabai Massage Bangkok provides services on an “as is” basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
• Sabai Massage Bangkok, its management, and its therapists shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our services, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Please ensure you check all your belongings after using our services. If any damage occurs due to proven negligence on our part, the maximum compensation provided will not exceed 2,000 THB.

Privacy and Personal Information

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By using our service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

• Sabai Massage Bangkok reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our official website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
• Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand.
